Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini sauce (found in the international isle in your local grocery store)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2-3/4 cup roasted red peppers (depending on taste)
- pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. Serve with vegetables, pita chips, crackers, cheese, or use as a sandwich spread!
