Super Bowl Treats

A delicious dip alternative for your Super Bowl menu!

 

 Is one of your New Years Resolutions to eat better? Be a little healthier? Try making this quick and easy roasted red pepper hummus dip that tastes great and is nutritious!  

Ingredients  

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup tahini sauce (found in the international isle in your local grocery store)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp.  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2-3/4 cup roasted red peppers  (depending on taste)
  • pinch of salt

Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. Serve with vegetables, pita chips, crackers, cheese, or use as a sandwich spread!
